Isabel is an experienced commercial property solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in private practice for over 18 years acting for a variety of clients including high net worth individuals, property companies/SPVs and other UK and overseas investors and developers. She is skilled in all types of acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties of a commercial nature including industrial, warehouse, office, retail, leisure and hospitality properties, commercial leases and associated landlord and tenant matters including permissive licences and 1954 Act lease renewals, property portfolio management, commercial retail developments, corporate commercial transactions including corporate share and business sales and acquisitions, secured lending and refinancing transactions. Isabel has had much experience of the day-to-day property portfolio legal management aspects of high-profile flagship buildings, retail shopping centres, commercial property portfolios and development sites in London and across England and Wales.
She thrives on working with top quality clients and team professionals and is an excellent business developer, really enjoying this aspect of her job.
