Unfair or Wrongful Dismissal Blake-Turner Solicitors

Unfair or Wrongful Dismissal

Blake-Turner have extensive experience in advising both employers and employees on unfair or wrongful dismissal claims. In layman’s terms these are claims that involve either alleged breaches of contract or breaches of the statutory obligations to dismiss an employee fairly. They may involve constructive dismissal when an employee is forced to resign as a result of the employer’s breach of the employment contract, which is treated as a dismissal.

Blake-Turner have represented both employers and employees in Tribunals and courts as well as negotiating settlements between the parties.

Information on our Tribunal costs can be found here.
